🎙️ Om emotionella tomrum och tillfälliga ligg.
Som motröst sjunger gossopranen Arvid Bergman låtens mantra: I wait for your return.
Min tanke var att den oskuldsfulla stämman skulle skapa en kontrast och representera sångjagets alter ego – en oförställd röst av saknad snarare än ett vuxet begär.
Idén med gossopranen inspirerades av Kate Bushs låt All the Love, från albumet The Dreaming (1982).

I wait for your return
As far as I remember
Rain was pouring down
Outskirts of September
Somewhere in this town
Didn’t get much sleep that night
Had no intention to
We were walking aimlessly
It was just me and you
I wait for your return
Autumn leaves are falling
Upon the market place
I keep on recalling
Warmth of your embrace
Meanwhile
Sex with a stranger
Found someone new
Sex with a stranger
Dedicated to you
Sex with a stranger
Till you be mine
Sex with a stranger
From time to time
I wait for your return
It’s cold and getting colder
Still the fires burn
Days are growing older
I wait for your return
Meanwhile
Sex with a stranger
Found someone new
Sex with a stranger
Dedicated to you
Sex with a stranger
Till you be mine
Sex with a stranger
From time to time
I wait for your return
It’s cold and getting colder
Still the fires burn
Days are growing older
I wait for your return
Meanwhile
Sex with a stranger
Found someone new
Sex with a stranger
Dedicated to you
Sex with a stranger
Till you be mine
Sex with a stranger
Meanwhile
I wait for your return
As far as I remember
I wait for your return
